7-Day Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, exchange or refund.

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all pieces included (for example earrings and maang tikka with a necklace set).

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

• Please send us a video showing the issue along with your unboxing video.

• The address given at the time of order will be used for pickup and delivery and cannot be changed.

• Items that have been repaired or altered will not be accepted.

How to Return

Contact us on WhatsApp at 0303-4927222. We will arrange pickup of the item from your address. Please pack the item safely in its original box; we are not responsible for damage caused by poor packing during return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and it passes our quality check, your refund will be sent to your bank account or mobile wallet within 7 working days. We do not offer cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item does not pass the quality check, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. To exchange, return the original item and place an order for the item you would like instead.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your unboxing video. Once approved, we will send a replacement and collect the original item at the same time.

Warranty

All Stylin products come with a 7-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by water, perfume, sweat or misuse, are not covered.

Cash on Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. For some areas or orders with a high return rate, a small advance payment may be required.

Our Rights

Stylin may reject any return or replacement request that does not meet this policy, or where fraud is suspected. We may also cancel any order at our discretion, including bulk orders.
