2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. For some areas or orders, a small advance payment may be required.

3. Will you confirm my order?
Yes, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order details before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2–5 working days across Pakistan. Delays may sometimes happen due to courier issues or unforeseen events.

6. How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on your location and order, and are shown at checkout.

7. What if my order is late?

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

8. What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

9. What do I need for a return?
Your order number, and a video showing the issue along with your unboxing video.

10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your unboxing video. Once approved, we will send a replacement.

11. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are sent to your bank account or mobile wallet within 7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

12. Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all Stylin products come with a 7-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Jewellery Care

13. How should I take care of my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume and sweat. Put it on after makeup and perfume, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after use, and store it in a pouch or box when not in use.

14. Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We show real product photos. Colours may look slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
